Mario Stylianou founded Sol Villas after years of family travel across the Mediterranean, where he noticed the same gap again and again: beautiful properties with no real feeling behind them. That observation became a philosophy — that a place's character matters more than its size or price — and Sol Villas was built around it.

A villa in Mykonos in June is not the same experience as that same villa in September, and we think that difference matters more than most agencies ever acknowledge.
